Job Application: PR Manager (Worldwide) - DJP Activewear

We are a dynamic, expanding brand seeking talented individuals to drive our PR efforts worldwide. This is your chance to work flexibly from your home country, set your own hours, and earn high commissions while making a direct impact on our brand's success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain relationships with retailers such as clothing stores, gyms, and other potential partners who are interested in purchasing our apparel.
- Reach out to and collaborate with influencers, securing partnerships and exposure for our brand.
- Attend exclusive events and ensure DJP is well-represented in your market.
- Manage PR efforts in your designated country and actively seek out business opportunities via calls, emails, or in-person visits, presenting the latest DJP collection.
- Coordinate with influencers through social media or email to build collaborations and generate publicity.
- Help expand DJP's presence in your market and grow our brand awareness.
Our Markets: We are expanding in 11 key markets: the Netherlands, Belgium, Sweden, Norway, Finland, Germany, Denmark, France, the UK, Australia, and the USA. If you're passionate about growing our brand in one of these markets, we want to hear from you!
Compensation:
- For the first three months, this position is commission-based.
- Earn 25% of the gross profit on all sales in your market (excluding sales made with discount codes).
- For every influencer you successfully partner with, you’ll receive a bonus based on the influencer's followers and engagement.
- For any businesses that stock DJP products through your efforts, you'll receive 30% of the gross profit from those sales.
Who We're Looking For:
- Motivated and outgoing women with an eye for opportunities.
- You should be available at least 4 days per week.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships with businesses and influencers.
- A proactive mindset with the ability to work independently.
